Buyer had to repay funds for items claimed as not arrived incorrectly. Royal Mail provided proof of delivery & buyer admitted to their arrival eventually. Buyer attempted to keep both the refund & goods & after Ebay became involved, reluctantly repaid the funds. Disappointing behaviour over a £5.99 item but we live & learn.

I would not buy of this seller again as it take two weeks to get the stuff not good at all

Buyer had a replacement sen for any item that had yet to arrive. When the replacement was sent & buyer acknowledge this, the buyer contacted Ebay to get a full refund. Refund granted. After the item was received the next day & the buyer kept both the item & refund. Have sent over a way to repay the funds as advised to EBay but no response from buyer but time taken to leave feedback. I'd say for them this is pretty good & worthy of a positive at least.
