Return policy details

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs for both outbound and return shipping. Return costs will be reimbursed if the product is proven to have been defective at the time of sale or if the seller has been negligent in another way.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the seller.

We will then refund the due order amount as soon as possible. This will be done no later than 14 days after receiving your return. It can also be discussed with you to receive a replacement product. Costs of oils, fluids, attachments, and the like will not be reimbursed by us.

Warranty on used car parts

A standard warranty period of six months applies to the auto parts we offer. It is possible to agree on a different warranty period with you, which will be stated on your purchase invoice if applicable.

If the product does not function properly within the warranty period, you can exchange or credit the part if desired. You will then be credited the purchase amount plus the return costs. Labor costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Motors and gearboxes must be demonstrably installed by an APK-certified company. If this is not done, we cannot offer any warranty. We do not provide a warranty for gaskets, belts, and/or chains.

Some products purchased through this webshop are custom-made according to the specifications you provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply in such cases. The sale is final after successful payment. If this is the case, it will be communicated to you in advance on the invoice and/or stated in the advertisement.
