The Seller chose not to solve the problem simply , and therefore did not resolve the issue. The communication showed a complete lack of understanding of the issue. I was sent 2 identical pairs of shoes. I inquired if they were the same before buying and they did not respond to the question that was asked.Customer Service no longer exists in service related industries. A return shipping label and credit of an inexpensive pair of shoes was all that was needed on a mistake they made.
