The ad said this was an Asus 16" laptop with a Ryzen 7 and 12 gb of ram with 500 gb memory. They sent me a 13 or 14 inch Asus with an I5 chip running windows 7. He says he will refund my money. Meaning I have to pay shipping again sending it to him and then trust him to send me a cashiers check. Yeah right. They know what they did. Now I am supposed to pay shipping and trust him to send me a cashiers check after he gets the pc back. If he cant send the right product, how am I to trust him?
