Item was in a box. Sealed in a plastic bag to ensure no water damage should the box become damaged. Packaging around it to ensure no damage to items inside. I try to be environmentally friendly so I will reuse packaging. Given I received no messages regarding damage or your disappointment with packaging this feedback seems unfair.
