Nothing but good things to say about this seller and this machine! The sewing machine was shipped out and delivered incredibly quickly, and it arrived very well packed with nothing broken. It also included all the accessories pictured in the listing. The machine itself sews wonderfully, too. Overall, I would definitely from this seller again, and I appreciate that they listed that the machine worked perfectly fine but that they were just downsizing to something better suited for them.
