I purchased a cross on May 12th. Paid as soon as I won the bid. 3 weeks today and my purchase still hasn't arrived. After 2 weeks I messaged the seller and ask when I would receive the item. No help from this seller...Never again.

Item was shipped on time and when buyer messaged me I told them about major postal delay in their area and told buyer I will refund if it doesn't arrive. Buyer ignores my message and leaves negative feedback without giving the full time needed to resolve the situation. I DO EVERYTHING TO MY BEST BUT RARELY POSTAL ISSUES HAPPEN AND I RESOLVE IF THAT HAPPENS BUT TIME IS IMPORTANT IN RESOLVING ISSUES.
