the seller did not specify in the description that the object was missing a plastic part which is fundamental to the aesthetics of the object. At my request to find an agreement he refused, saying that it showed in the photos. The missing part is small and the lack needed to be highlighted.

It is unclear why the buyer evaluates it negatively. The radio was photographed from all sides and in the description there was a look at the photographs in detail, I cannot describe every little detail that is obvious if it is not in the photograph how it should appear. The buyer received a discount on the purchase and still wants to get the full price back, for what?
