Rude? OR we stated our clearly already listed policy that you didn’t read? How is it scam when everything is listed, everywhere? Returns, cancellations, refunds: it’s all there, clear as day. PREORDER is the FIRST WORD IN THE LISTING! Come on..we are completely transparent throughout and we always give refunds if there is an issue on our end. Never had any issues with diligent buyers. If you don’t agree with the prices, go elsewhere. It’s an option, prob didn’t read that either though.

Our favorite's are back! THIS ESL speaker was a classic ebay scam artist. "This doesn't work, send another for free, etc, etc...", yet is somehow uninterested in sending back the item even when ebay would make us pay for the return shipping. When we still wouldn't give a refund without the item, as is our policy, we never heard from them again. The item was tested when purchased, tested before packed and worked fine. This scammer didn't even open a case, wonder why? Not our first rodeo, clown.

This customer is an ESL speaker. They misinterpreted the meaning of 'PREORDER' - even though it is expressly written in the title, description, AND the friendly reminder message we send after each and every preorder purchase to keep misunderstandings like this from happening. They ignored our initial message and a few weeks later sent a request to cancel. The order was cancelled IMMEDIATELY and they were given a full refund. We take our PREORDERS seriously and maintain communication throughout.
