The package took a little longer to be delivered, and I was a little upset at first. Then the laptop stopped charging after the first 2 hours. After some research and experimenting, I figured out that is was the charger that was faulty. I emailed the company and they quickly responded very professionally and nicely. We quickly resolved the issue and they sent me a new one. I am very pleased with my laptop, I have had it for about 3 weeks now, and haven’t had any problems beside the charger. 5/5!
