Item condition was exactly as described but the seller listed the 13 inch model but sent the 9 inch version (likely measured with the bunny's ears extended whereas manufacturer doesn't count the ears). Price was good either way so I didn't raise a fuss and was happy to keep it but would seek clarification on future purchase considerations.
