I deeply regret ordering a product from the company Recar_part. I ordered a comfort control unit for my Audi A4. I chose this particular item because all the numbers on the device matched perfectly with the numbers on my part. The order arrived on time. However, the packaging was terrible! The product was in a soft box, wrapped in two layers of thin black film. The box was badly crumpled. The item inside was covered in dust and dirt. The part turned out to be defective. I am very upset!
