Excellent service from the seller but abysmal service from the delivery company's courier who left the package in my gardening bin. I have telephoned the company namely EVRI, on numerous occasions to voice my concern and the recorded message informs me that the item had been left in my safe place. I specified my front porch as my safe place, NOT MY GARDENING BIN. I have also sent emails and joined the chat line but have not received a reply.. An awful company. Avoind when sending packages.
