The book, itself, is in "gently used" condition. I do feel like the seller could have provided a description, though, & maybe a photo of the book. The name "Guillory" (I assume this is either the prior owner's, student's, or teacher's last name) was written in black Sharpie on the front cover of the book. Also, it looks to have a small water/coffee/tea stain on the pages. Since the book is hardcover, simply wiping over the Sharpie would remove it, & the stain didn't damage the content.
