    Item arrived in good time and was well-packaged. However, the threads making up the nose were nearly non-existent, and there was a small piece of dark fabric underneath the few threads that were there. Seller fought the return, saying the listing included to "check the photos as they are part of the description," but even when I later scrutinized the photos, the damage couldn't be seen. It was escalated to ebay to decide, and they approved the return. Not a great experience with this seller

    Buyer was given a full refund as requested even though the "defect" in question is clearly shown in multiple photos within the listing. Buyer was allowed to leave negative feedback after the issue was resolved as they requested. It is ok for a seller to question a return when they have clearly represented the item, the buyer got exactly what was requested, and the seller complied with eBay's decision. It is NOT ok to leave negative feedback for a resolved issue after full seller compliance.
