J'ai reçu l'objet bien emballé et surprise deux figurines cassées et le toit de la jeep willys cassé - vendeur qui refuse les retours car il est déclaré vendeur privé, je n'ai donc aucun recours. Ce vendeur n'est pas un vendeur privé.
I received the item well packaging and surprise 2 figurines broken and the roof of the car broken, the selller is private and doesn't agree any return. He is clever, if he was professional he couldn't do what he is doing. I can just keep this broken item.

Comportement incompréhensible de l'acheteur. Je suis un vendeur privé. Je vends une partie de ma collection pour financer un nouveau projet personnel. J'ai proposé un retour dû à une casse pendant le transport avec GSP mais pas de réponse! Il veut le beurre et l'argent du beure! Shameful behaviour. I am a private seller. I sell part of my collection to fund new private project. I suggested return because damage during GSP shipping but no response. buyer wants to keep item and get refunded!!!

Je ne comprends pas ce genre de comportement. La figurine a été endommagée pendant le transport via GSP. Ca peut arriver! J'ai proposé le retour mais pas de réponse. L'acheteur veut le beurre et l'argent du beurre, c.a.d garder la figurine et se faire rembourser! I don't understand this kind of behaviour. The figurine has been broken during shipping via GSP. That can happen! I suggested return but no response. Buyer wants to keep the figurine et to be refunded. This is shameful. What can I do?
