Messaged buyer multiple times to resolve this issue. I stated in the description this controller was cracked and patched with electrical tape. While cosmetically it had an issue, it still worked perfectly fine. I understand sometimes people skip the description and I offered the buyer a full refund without having to send the item back. Unfortunately I never heard back from the buyer, but offer is still on the table if they respond.
