Item was broken during shipping, but seller went above and beyond to make sure that I was reimbursed the full amount that I paid, even for the box and packaging materials and insurance from UPS, who packed it and shipped it and it still arrived broken.
I commend this seller for all of his kindness and efforts in dealing with the UPS store, which was very stressful for both of us.
