Buyer received the exact book pictured with matching ISBN. It appears that the previous owner had taken off the spiral spine, and removed the last pages of book. We sent the book not knowing that there were pages missing, as it was the last pages that were removed. Upon finding that there were pages removed, we issued a full refund, including shipping, to the buyer.
