While no return policy, the phone would not charge and no usable. Appears seller did not test it. I can understand a no return assuming that the item description was correct. Any normal limiting condition should be stated as "not test and may or may not work", "one of phones not working", "for parts only", etc. I contacted sell and explained the situation and was very willing to pay cost of shipping back. No response, no contact. Wouldn't recommend unless you ask questions first.
