Dress was sent to my old address even though I have new address updated & received all my other items from other sellers no issue. Regardless, reached out to seller for refund/options, no response. Seller received item back. There was no recourse for me since it was my old address. eBay would not help and seller did not respond. Would not recommend due to unresponsiveness and unwillingness to come up with solution for both. We still need customer service. Hiccups occur.
