Ordered April 10. On April 20 I messaged the seller for an update on shipping. 1 week without a response. On April 27 I opened up a case. I got an immediate response "they forgot to send the package" April 28 package is sent. March 2 package arrives. Console doesn't power up. Now I have deal with eBay support because I can't open another case. Return gets opened. Spend 30+ mins in line at PO. Seller was never rude but really needs to improve customer service, common sense, and critical thinking.
