It should not have been sold as a new kettle! The lid flew off when I touched it and there was superglue remnants underneath. I did get a full refund though

Before purchase, the seller confirmed the item was in perfect condition, as I was buying it as a present. Communication was good & the parcel arrived. However, instead of a black Nespresso Aeroccino 3, the box was labelled & contained inside was a silver ergonomic Aeroccino 4 milk frother, fitted with a European plug & a UK adapter. I contacted the seller, who immediately gave me the option of keeping the 4 (current model) or returning it, to have it replaced with a 3, as originally requested.
