It had a flint that had expanded and jammed up the mechanism which required it to be drilled out. I originally requested a partial refund since the condition was not as described, the seller declined. The seller did offer a full refund and I declined and chose to keep/repair the lighter. This doesn't negate the fact that it was grossly misrepresented in the listing.
