Hat size is for child doesn’t fit adult size head plus he doesn’t take return s so now I have hat that doesn’t fit and out 30 dollars will give hat to goodwill will not buy again from this seller

Buyer didn’t reach out at all. This hat has an adjustable strap on the back and was bigger than my adult mannequin head I use for pictures, was labeled as advertised, we have over 900 sales atm and we would have gladly accepted the return if you had reached out as we’ve done for others before in the past when the customer felt we didn’t meet expectations. We stride to improve, but I disagree with this review, we ask buyers always communicate if you feel we have made a mistake so we can fix it.
