1. The pc was dirty with food crumbs all on the keyboard and screen. 2.a screw was loose on the base.3.Did not ship with the power adapter. 4.Battery was at 0% who ships product like that?5. Checked the device for misconfiguration found the drivers for the LTE were not installed or updated. My 16 years in IT I've seen them come in this way but never sent them out to customers like that. Wow
