Seller is tricky. The tube was dead and he knew this because he sold similar tubes tested good. But for this listing, he said UNTESTED. Quite a tricky way. UNTESTED is different from TESTED DEAD

Once in a great while an EBayer comes along who makes you really appreciate the 99.9% of other eBayers out there. Tubes were listed as tested for "continuity only" -- which anyone can do with a multimeter. I stated that the one he is referring to was negative for continuity. I never sold any tubes as "good" or "working." I offer returns for any reason. Buyer said shipping was too expensive; my shipping label to him was $8.52. I invited him to initiate dispute resolution and he refused.
