Seller explicitly stated in the item description that the phone is in “perfect” working condition with no issues. He did not state that the phone is locked to a previous user, which he does not have the credentials for. He refuses to back up the listing or accept a return, claiming that the phone is simply “not how I desired.” That’s like sending someone a working car without the keys. Dishonest listing. I unfortunately will need to work through eBay as he is unwilling to resolve.
