THE AUTHOR: Tom Wolfe is a native of West Virginia who, after many years at Myatery Hill, North Carolina, now lives and works at West Jefferson, North Carolina. His new shop is called Tom Wolfe's Mountain Meadow Studio. Tom began carving at the age of twelve and was soon creating unique walking sticks carved with the image of wood spirits with long beards and magical expressions. The magic continues and grows.
