I have purchased used USB cable (excellent) and a Marantz Surround Processor from this vendor. Both items were in very good condition, and both were well packaged and shipped almost immediately. Their pricing is fair (not bargain basement) and you get exactly what you pay for. I have come to trust this vendor and would not hesitate to purchase used equipment from them again. One caveat: I have not needed customer service so I can't review that aspect of their operation.
