The XM5 headphones were in like new condition as described. Came with all cords and case in new condition. Only difference was the packaging. Great experience from Secondipity. I would highly recommend buying from them. The certified refurbished headphones come with a two year warranty. It was such a great deal! I will be buying from them again. So happy with my headphones.
