It may be a desk gadget to take notes by your phone (paper, pen, paperclips). It could be a cigarette stand. It could also hold a deck of cards, or it can be used however you like. 11-1/2 ounces. Approx. 8-1/2" tall. As is. Quarter is to reference the size of the item but is not part of the listing. Item is being sold as is in pictured condition. Pictures are part of the description.
