This seller is ignorant and in denial if there is anything wrong with your item. She will deny it and accuse you of sending photos of a different item . Apparently lots of people have returned items to her that were not what she sent out!! I wanted to return it but she ignored several of my messages asking for her address. AVOID SELLER
