Purchased item 5th March. Listing stated RM 48hr Tracked delivery. Contacted seller 15th March as the item had not arrived. 16th March received a card from RM stating that 'THE SENDED DID NOT PAY FULL POSTAGE - AMMOUNT DUE £3.50
Contacted seller saying that I'm unwilling to pay additional fee's. Sellers response: "If you don't want it, send it back and I will refund you"
Sellers solution - Pay the £3.50 and either keep the item or pay to send it back. No apology from the seller - EBAY RESOLVED
