I purchased these and it was delivered incomplete. The table is missing. The item description states: DOG-GROOMING-ARM 35" ADJUSTABLE FOLDABLE PET GROOMING TABLE w/CLAMP, DOG STAND. Where is the TABLE? I only received the clamp and harness. I want to return it for a full refund. I'll call customer service. Very disappoint.
