Seller sold packs as is. When I received them, they were apparently resealed from my expert research and review. I contacted the seller and they said they would refund me if nothing had changed with the packs and they received them undamaged. I sent back the packs and the seller refused to give me my money back, so ebay stepped in and refunded me instead. I waited to review then saw they reposted the packs. Now the seller profits from me, and has packs back to resell and scam another person.
