I am sorry you were unhappy with your experience. Sadly, items sometimes get lost in the mail and there is nothing we can do but provide a timely refund. I called Fedex and did all I could to try to locate the lost package. You were promptly refunded as soon as we realized the probe was lost in the mail and I was very apologetic and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately, things get lost in transit sometimes and this has nothing to do with the trustworthness of a company.
