The condition of the item is not correctly stated. despite the condition being said "Open item" and new in the title and the description, there is a significant toothpaste residue in the stem where brush head seat and the stem is too loose and making abnormal vibration. I have the exact same model and there is definitely something wrong with the device.

Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. I won an auction and paid for the item, but the seller refused to ship it. Despite several attempts to communicate, I received no response or solution. This behavior is totally unacceptable and I do not recommend anyone to do business with this seller. BEWARE!

Yes we had communication. I answered him right after his questions.i told him I had a problem with his item, the item was sent to the wrong address, I also sent him photos of the conversations with the person i sent to by mistake
. I asked him if he wanted to wait until I solved the problem and send it again , he said he was going to give me negative feedback for that reason. He asked me to cancel the order , I also gave him his money back right away.
