The item came as described. However, the packaging was in horrible condition. It came with a huge hole in the box (could’ve been the mail service) and everything was rattling around in the box. There was only one sheet of bubble wrap loosely covering the console and that was the only protection for the item. All other components were loose and the box was too big so they shook around a lot. The console also hadn’t been cleaned at all or factory reset. Very low effort on the seller’s end.
