Seller sent library photo, bangle nothing like it. It had totally tarnished looking almost totally silver. If i had wanted a silver one i would have bought one. Then didn’t get full amount refunded said i had to wait until global shipping refunded the rest so out of pocket another £16 odd for who knows how long. Horrible experience for a disabled ebayer who has been with ebay 21 years. Not a good way to sell you don’t send photos of something else that is fraud.

I pride myself on offering beautiful items & great customer service, including free 30 day returns if a buyer is in any way unhappy with their purchase. In this case, the item is plated gold over silver, as noted in the description, and the buyer felt that it looked duller than in the photos. I issued a full refund, but because the item was sold internationally, eBay levied fees for VAT and customs that they will only refund once the item is returned using the free shipping label provided.
