On this occasion part was described and priced as new, but the fitting kit with washers and o rings that come with a "new" part where missing, no mention of this in the item description. Getting these washers and o rings individually ended up taking a lot of time and the cost was eventually more than buying the part new from a supplier like city plumbing etc
