The outer packaging was well done but was not happy that the figures themselves were just piled and thrown into a smaller box inside the main box. 5 of them broke. When I looked at them closer I noticed 4 of the 5 were repairs. Nothing in their listing said anything about repairs. There was glue residue exactly where they came apart during shipping. Now I feel the need to go back thru all of them and see if anymore of them are repairs. Was given back a small refund.

Items were placed in smaller box with sheet of bubble wrap then put in larger box with surrounding packing paper with 'FRAGILE' stamped all over the outer box. Items were listed as used and the description states 'Items were purchased used and out of their original packaging'. Any repairs were unknown to me as they were purchased used and then displayed until sale. When informed of issues I offered a refund based on what I paid for shipping, which was accepted and done. Again, I'm sorry.
