I am sorry the item did not ship. As I explained, my 91 year old FIL, who own the item, could NOT find it. I issued you a full refund. I would not have expected such a negative review from you. Again sorry that yo did not get the item. I was going offer to let you know if he finds it in the future, but after your review, I will not be doing that.
