Lovely item, well wrapped up, nice personal message from sellers. Sadly, the back of the picture frame was coming away from the frame and 2/3 of it was unattached. I was not made aware of this before buying and I think this should have been dealt with pre sale. I’ve had to buy gorilla tape which hasn’t solved the issue and as it’s quite a heavy piece I’m reluctant to put it up on the wall in case it falls and the glass shatters.
