I’m a grandma and bought this for carrying my grandbaby around the house but especially for walks down my gravel road. The support is amazing! I can easily carry the extra 20 lbs, and my grandbaby feels secure and loves it. I watched a YouTube video to learn how to use it in the varying positions since the directions are confusing. All the positions work well, but my favorite is the front facing out.
