    The picture showed a matching set and the description said "guest and face towels" I wanted both, but all I received was a guest towel. I contacted the seller and was informed that was not the case, that the face towels were in a different color -- which is very poor. I asked if I could purchase the face towels and was told the matching face towels were sold out in that color. Also, the seller said all the face towels in another color were sold. I'm disgusted. Don't use this seller!!!!!

    Sorry to see you misunderstood the listing. Photos of the original tags and the description clearly showed the set of face towels and what colors they came in as a set. In addition, the listing required a size to be selected upon purchase which differentiated the guest towel and the set of 2 face towels (sold out at the time of your purchase), Sold many of these without an issue.
