The seller failed to upload tracking by the time specified in the listing and when questioned, claimed the item was shipped but that "tracking had just not been uploaded yet". In fact, they did not ship the item until 2 weeks after the purchase, despite their FAQ saying it would ship in 3 days. They have now stopped replying to messages to get more details.
