- m***7 (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasewrong tartan; it was supposed to be MacEwan ancient; whatever it was, it was made by monkeys and it was too short
- u***_ (34)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseConstructing a handmade tartan kilt in the Scottish tradition is very labor intensive, requiring a lot of weaving and sewing. For the price ($51 + $29 shipping) that I paid, the kilt is a good bargain. The kilt lacked any tag or sewn in label informing me of the fabric's composition (likely a wool & acrylic combo) and country of origin (Pakistan was listed on eBay) which I'm used to seeing on other garments, new and used. I've seen new tartan kilts made in Scotland that go for $300 and above.
