    Seller contacted me to let me know that whilst packing up the item for dispatch, they noticed a broken thumb on the ballerinas hand. I thought it was very good & honest of them to let me know. I was offered a partial refund and chance to buy at reduced price, or full refund. As it is a very expensive figurine I chose a full refund. The money was back in my bank account within 2 days. I would be happy to recommend this seller.
