They gave me a preorder timeframe of when I should have my item and the time frame is well past now with no shipping information and they have stopped responding to my inquiries about my order. ZERO responses now. I hate to leave negative feedback but I can't in good faith ignore this as this was an AWFUL buying experience. They have my money and I have nothing.
